30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Free from pet damage, hair, or excessive wear
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Please note:
- Returns must first be approved before being sent back.
- Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
- Return shipping instructions will be provided after approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at jerryjoychazhoor@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Used pet grooming products
- Opened pet care or calming sprays
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must remain unused and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
